Many modern young adults are accused of their treachery and lacking filial piety. I am lucky to find most of my classmates or friends love their parents sincerely, though sometimes generation gaps do exist between children and parents.
H often complains about his father’s not understanding him, but he looks so sad when he hears his father is ill.
Y is now living under the expectation of his parents. He always blames himself for not studying hard, (in fact, in my opinion, he is working hard.) and fears to let them down.
X wrote in her blog that she would be a very bad guy if she were an orphan. All that she is doing is to make her parents a comfortable and happy old age. Frankly speaking, her love to her parents is far beyond my expectation. I am not surprised at that she loves her parents, but that she loves them so much. I also love my parents, but when contradiction comes up, I choose liberty and stick to my dream. As a result, they have to wait for several years to live a comfortable life, which makes me very guilty.
