My favorite running shoes are Asics Running Shoes, just as everyone else said, but they are not for everyone. There are different types of shoes for different types of runners. It all depends on how you move your feet when you run: do you pronate (turn your foot inward) or supinate (roll your foot outward)? How heavy are you? How often do you run? Are you prone to injury? These are all things to consider when selecting the appropriate running shoe.
The best thing to do is to go to a nearby running specialty store. A worker there should talk with you and watch you run and can recommend the right type of shoe for you. Good luck with your running.
In my opinion, Asics are some of the best to buy. They are very comfortable and they will really help you in support. I’ve been running track for Middle and High School and I’ve only worn Asics. You can find them at any major store or at any running store. But I would prefer a running store because they really care about you make sure you get the shoe that fits just right. Asics are relatively expensive, good trainers can cost upwards of 80 dollars. But that’s a small price to pay. Hope i helped.
